pfs_mountd problem
While running the command "pfs_mountd &" to mount a cdfs file system I received the following message:
pfs_mountd: pfs_mountd: can't contact pfs_mountd.rpc:: RPC: Program not r
egistered
Any ideas? (the system name actually had the name of the system, short of domain. I removed it from the error message for security reasons.)

Re: pfs_mountd problem
Hi!
I think you should check your names resolution - nslookup, if the process rpc.lockd is running, ...
Here you have a good thread with the same problem:

Of course you need to check for the latest patch versions.
good luck.
