Please Help!

Hi, I just deleted /usr/include and my disks are bad and waiting for new ones. Is there anywhere to download the headers and how do I restore them from disk. thanks!

Hi:

I suggest you find your backup tape or an Ignite recovery tape. You can recover from either.

You can take a tar of another system's /usr/include directory that is of same OS and patch level and untar it over here.

This is our only HP Box. We bought it used so we can port our applications over to it. Can someone tar these and send them.
All i need is the .h files directly under /usr/include no sub directorys are needed.

Then you should at least provide an e-mail :)
And the current OS version and patch level, and the hope that someone with a system at the same state is willing to put these in a tgz :)
