Portal server error

Hi, I am using Infranet portal server 6.1 and facinf issue. While running testnap its giving me error:

Actually i have one portal site for users account information, in that now users are not able to login. Is this issue is because of above error. I check from radius connectivity is proper upto ldap through radldaptest utility. But i dont know how ro check connectivity between portal server and radius. If any one can also tell me any command through which i can check the traffic whether its going to radius or not.
