Postscript printing is blocky

When we print a postscript file from Software called Ensight, the print is very blocky. If we use X version not OpenGL it cures the problem, but I would like to use the OpenGL version. I can also get around the problem by using postscript type move/draw, not Image_Pixels, but the move/draw option creates much bigger files, is there any way around this?

We do not have this problem from SGI's or Suns machines, I've heard maybe it's something to do with anti-aliasing! Any help would be most appreciated.
