power off and start up
Hi,
Can anyone answer my following questions for my HP Unix 11.11.
1) What command i can use to complete poweroff/shutdown my server
2) What command i can use to completely reboot my server which is currently on and working.

The shutdown command will stop HP-UX but there is no command in HP-UX that will turn off the power. If you have a newer computer such as the rp-class, then you can connect to a separate port and tell the MP to power off the cabinet.
