SolutionI think you can still use predictive, dont think HP have dropped support for it quite yet, but the new product is called ISEE (Instant support enterprise edition). You can download from www.software.hp.com (its the top of the list on the right under featured products). You will need to be able to connect to the internet from your HP server in order to use it as it makes realtime connections to HP to raise calls if hardware errors occur, etc. Beats having to configure a modem though - and keep it working!

There are two flavors of ISEE. One is called the Data Center Configuration and is aimed at large data centers with many nodes to be supported. This version is an extra cost product and requires the Win2K workstation (labelled the SPOP,or Support Point-of-Presence). This version of the product is intended for those customers who now use HAO.
The other version is known as the Small Enterprise Configuration and is available as a free download from software.hp.com. This version does not require the Win2K SPOP.
