printer is diabled

Printer is diabled after firing the print out . Request is pending.

Have you tried enable'ing the printer?

# enable

Have you checked the printer to see if there is a problem?

Hi,

Try to restart the lpscheduler with lpsched -v -a.

Also check the log files in /var/adm/lp.

It should be enabled.

Hi Sachin,

I am not able to access your problem. Please try a complete refresh by shutting down and restarting the spooler and then enable the printer.

Well...
Does it disable itself after every request (or is this a one-time problem)
OS?
Local/network/remote printer?
If remote, to what?
New printer?
If not new, did it ever work?
If new, how did you install it?

looks like there is a dir missing can you do a ll /var/spool/lp/request/tw15
if the dir does not exist mkdir it and stop/start the schedular (and sheck the log again.
