How I change the maximun queue length for printers ?

anything in this regard in printer interface files?? They are in /etc/lp/interface.

By "maximum queue length" do you mean the maximum number of jobs waiting to be printed? If so, there are no limits except disk space in /var/spool/lp/request (hundreds of requests may fill this disk). There is another limit which is the request ID. It is limited to 9999 for BSD remote printers and 99999 for direct connect and JetDirect. There is no way to change this limit.
