printing options
I have created a remote printer, and when I pass options to it, none of the options I pass show up on the remote printer, is there a text filter I can specify that will pass all the options I specify?
Road Rage makes me soo MAD!

Re: printing options
There are only a few options for a remote printer that are supported (unlike the JetDirect "Network" printers). Cd to /var/spool/lp/interface and vi the interface file with the same name as your print queue. If the option isn't there then you don't have it. Moreover, even the options that are in the interface are only requests; there is no guarantee that the remote daemon will honor them.
Man rlp for details.

If it ain't broke, I can fix that.
