Try oracle.com, Pro C cormally comes on the oracle installation CD's.
Im from Palmerston North, New Zealand, but somehow ended up in London...

Hi,

you can get from Oracle client's developement tools ( start oracle installation --> choose oracle client--> from custom,choose the developemnt tools)
