problem adding a new disk to existing volume

Hi was able to add disk in command line and not able to using sam what should i do? please help

Look in /var/sam/log/samlog to see the problem that sam was having. Check for the latest SAM patches and apply them. You really don't provide enough data to even begin helping you.
If it ain't broke, I can fix that.

Better of not using SAM to add disks to your system anyway... Really I know that's not what you've asked. But, I believe you'd be much better off managing more closely your disks yourself w/o SAM.
