Problem removing SNAplus"

Hi all,
I have a system on hp-ux 11 which a precedent sys. admin. installed and configured SNAplus2.
After he removed the SNA but he didn't remove the driver before uninstalling SNA.
Now I have the lan interface card used bye the sna that try to send packets (it is possible to view that under Glance Plus).
I tried to reinstall sna and remove drivers, but it is impossible...
Now what can I do?
