Prasu,
scs91:/usr/openv/netbackup/bin> extendfs -F vxfs /dev/vg00/rlvol13
vxfs extendfs: file system is already at maximum device capacity.

I'm restoring the last backup.

Didn't find a solution for the problem yet, it would be faster to restore all the filesystem data.
