problem with ideas

Iam facing a typical problem :


Description:

M/c : HP B132 L+ / 700 series workstation

OS : hpux 10.2 (APr 1998 rev.), with NIS configured

Bundled s/w: OPEN GL 1.1 rev
ACE ver 2.0

Appl S/w : IDEAS - 8 ( 3-D Design S/w)

When Customer upgraded the Ideas 6 to Ideas 8 in server to which
wkstn nfs is configured( Server is sgi 1400,silicon graphics),
Ideas stopped working in all the 14 B132 L+ ,rest HP B180 wkstn
are working.

Since Ideas is not installed in wkstn, only mapping from sever,
for solving the problem i upgraded to hpux 10.2 (1999 june)
version).Then Ideas started working but ,

" Esc and Del " are not working in ideas.

If any one have faced such problems or knowing any pathces pls
revert back
