Problem with Ignite

Ignite backup on one of HP_UX servers is failing. It is L3000 server running HP-UX version 11.11. I am getting the following error message:

why not try

rm /var/tmp/ign_configure/make_sys_image_flag6648

and try again , post any errors encountered ?
