Problem with istalling application

We have an application which runs on HP-UX 11.0 serever(L3000), when we try to install the application using swinstall, the installation procedure is stucking in the middle (Not always at the same place, some times it was stucked in the beginning and some time while creating the table spaces). We are able to install the same application on another HP_UX (L2000) server without any problems. Any idea why the installation program is stucking in the middle is this problem any way related to the disks.

Here is the install log file lats line when the installation program is stucked.. (As I said earlier it is not stucking always at this place)

If it works on system A and not on system B, the first place I would be doing is a comparison of the patches on both systems.
