Problem with ld
We have installed the GNU gcc compiler version 3.0.4 on HP-UX. This package
need the binutils package.
The binutils package should contain the ld program for linking objects files
and constructing the executable. However, this program is not present and we
have problems linking objects files because the system uses another ld
program which is not compatible with the objects files generated by the gcc
compiler.
Thank you
