Problem with Mounted Linux NFS drive

I have a rhel5.2 linux machine that serves as a nfs server. I have mounted the drive on hp-ux 11v1 and 11.23. Nobody but root can copy files to the drive.

However if the user is on the drive they can write files to the drive.

what should the /etc/exports file options be and the /etc/fstab options be
