midaemon - HP-UX Performance Measurement Interface daemon
http://www.informatik.uni-frankfurt.de/doc/man/hpux/midaemon.1.html
native_th:
This is actually the java process... the native_th bit is cut off from the path.

native_th is a Command View process,
midaemon a GlancePlus/Measureware daemon (above it already is explained),
java -D is a Java process.
