Is there any command to find out the temperature of the processor ?

Hi,
On my hpux 11iv1 rp 3440 box :
Yes but only with alarms level: warning (too hot EMS notification ) and hardware protection (server power-off).
From the service processor Command Menu use the PS command to list details about the power, temperature and fan state.
Login to the service processor (MP or GSP) and enter CM to access the Command Menu. At the Command Menu, enter the PS command.

if you have the console login ip, login and enter PS on the GSP prompt.
enter ctrl b to get the GSP prompt.

No, not the exact temperature. You can query the switch which says it's over-temp but it's not going to tell you how far over (or under) temp it is.
