I have to install HP C / aC + + Developer's Bundle in my hpux 11.11v1 and Applications CD is missing. I have a license on hand, as I do to download the product?

Given that you have a Support contract and a license, you should be able to download a version from SUM:

Check with your account rep and see about getting your DVD's.
You can also call HP to get them sent to you, but I'm not sure if from Central America you'd call a different number than USA's.

You can also go to

...and search for product B9007 and try downloading.

That requires a credit card, where SUM can get you what you have already paid for.
