Programming EEPROM

I need to be able to extract version numbers (information) from chipsets on a board.

Right now I'm working Hp-UX 9.x and eventually 10.x and 11.x.

Any help?

Re: Programming EEPROM

you'll have to use HP's diagnostic software, this will be able to talk to the devices and determine any firmware/chipset numbers. On HP-UX 9 its called diagnostic, and on 10&11 STM (xstm/cstm/mstm).
