Proxy user error in LDAP-UX

We use LDAP-UX 03.01 on HPUX 11.11 and MsSFU 3.0.
Our configuration functioned until 2 weeks ago.
Now, the result of comand "ldap_proxy_config -v" is:

File Credentials verified - INVALID
SCS Credentials verified - INVALID
File copy & SCS copy are synchronized

The proxy user and your password are ok.
In syslog the errors are:

Jan 31 17:41:04 server079 syslog: pid:849 - ldap_common.c:1214:_hp_ldap_simple_bi
nd(): bind request timed out
Jan 31 17:41:04 server079 syslog: pid:849 - ldap_common.c:1214:_hp_ldap_simple_bi
nd(): bind request timed out

Any idea about the problem?
