Any body tell me what is prstat and use of hp ux

prstat is for Solaris , not for HP UX .I am sure if you use google you would find whad you need , and much more .

prstat is uesful in solaris to check the process , cpu utilization.

For the best results to see what is happening on your system (eg what is that process actually using...?) - use glance (or gpm for the GUI version). Glance is also available for Solaris too
:-)
Glance is a chargeable product - but you can use it on a 60-day trial for free.
top is probably the closest hp-ux command equivalent to 'prstat'
