PS2 Keyboard question

Thank you for reading.

I have a HP9000 Model 715/100 Workstation running HP-UX 9.05
I want to use a PS2 Keyboard but, even though I have told the boot administrator the path is PS2 and not HiL it still is not seeing my keyboard from the OS .

The Keyboard is good as I am using that keyboard to get into the Boot Admin.

Hello Metagnostic,

Keyboard interface available with 715/100 Workstation is 10-pin modular jack (Model 715/64, 715/80, 715/100, and 715/100XC workstations) (requires a Keyboard Adapter Module and Cable) - 100 SMD-10 connector, to connect HIL and PS2  .
Hope you have a good adapter and cable - working since you have a working PS/2 Ketboard .

YOu may try with a new PS/2 Keyboard to confirm .
