pstat problem

Hi all,

Do anyone have idea about pstat problem? The case is when I use the command ps -x, the result is :

PID TTY TIME COMMAND
ps: pstat failure

What does it mean?

Hi Alex,

If you are on a HP-UX 11.11, see if have PHCO_25605 patch installed...

If you are on another version of HP-UX, search patches related with ps (search by keyword).

Yes you need 25605 patch installed if it is 11i.

I am using 11.00 now, what patch I need to install?

PHCO_26274 : s700_800 11.00 ps(1) cumulative patch

PHKL_26008 : s700_800 11.00 pstat patch, long command line storage

Both of them are available patches for 11.0
