If you can't find it on your machine, I have it attached:

# cd /usr/contrib/doc
# uncompress Q4Docs.tar.Z
# tar xvf Q4Docs.tar
This extracts four Postscript documents, which are references on using Q4. To print these documents, you will need a Postscript printer.
