question
Other times I am logged in using id CA720209 go to another area, system tells me log in not recognised. I am trying to build up my profile but can't as I keep having to re register. Also If i login at europe site then go to forums I get routed to US site.
Is there somthing I am doing wrong? Can i not have the same user id and password for both areas ?

Re: question
- Is your browser accepting cookies ? That
might be the reason you've got to keep
entering the registration info ...
- The forums are indeed in the Americas
part of the site. That is normal and you
should get rooted there without problems
(or having to relogin) once you're logged
into the Europe part ...

Tom Geudens

Re: question
I did the exact sam.
Instead of typing in that BR or CA number, type in your email address into the login.
Then your password.
You will be presented with all logins tied to that email.
Use the account that has most points already.
The same happened to me and I lost around 80 points due to it :(
Later,
Bill

Re: question
Same thing happens to me, I asked Dan to have a look, and see what can be done, Im only registered at Europeen site, when looking a reply sending you to US-ext... It is said you are NOT registered Go to the Europeen site.. And on the Europeen site you cannot find the DOCID... AND IF you didnt tick remember login/passwd you loose your logging at the same time...
Wait and see what HP will do...
All the best
Victor
