On an audit of my HP system I'm getting

You need to fix your patches...
Try re-installing them, and/or remove them and/or use swmodify....
swmodify -a state=configured -a patch_state=superseded PHCO_35955

Depending on what you are doing it means just what it says.
The listed patches are corrupt.
A little more info might get you more specifics.
i.e.
-Where do you see this message ?
-Are you curently attempting to install these patches with swinstall ?
