RAFCP

Does anyone have any information regarding RAFCP and how to go about getting it set up? I've got DTCs on both ends of WAN link that's currently being bridged, but I'd like to get rid of the bridging. I've found an article ID of KBAN00000713, but cannot locate this document.

Any help would be appreciated!
