Documentation aside, running this OS with less than 512 MB of RAM is probably not practical on a server.

Main thing is you can't install 11.23 in other machines than HP hardware.

While the minimum may be what is stated, for general use, I wouldn't do less than 2GB RAM and less than a 36GB disk for anything more than a sandbox.
