How can I re-assign a system handler from one user (ITRC) to another ? I went to the 'my profile' options, but it is not listing any system handler to re-assign. But when I go to the view/listing option, it lists all system handlers.
Thanks in advance !

Re: Reassign System Handler
Select "my profile" from the left sidebar, then "reassign access privileges" at the bottom of the page.

Re: Reassign System Handler
In my profile, look under "User Access Privileges"
share/modify access privileges
Share / unshare access privileges from a linked Support Agreement (System Handle) or Warranty with other registered users. You will remain the primary user.
reassign access privileges
Turn over all access privileges from a linked Support Agreement (System Handle) or Warranty to another registered user. Your privileges will be lost.

Re: Reassign System Handler
I can see that the owner is somebody else ( the one who was working here before).
Will he be able to re-assign his ownership to another user ? Then I think the problem will be solved !
Thanks for all ya help ..points to follow

Re: Reassign System Handler
Ask the previous owner to reassign the handle to you. you an then reassign / share the handle with other people.
Hope this helps.
