After the ''pwunconv''command, am i oblige to reboot the system?

No. Converting from shadow passwords to normal/non-shadow /etc/passwd does not requuire a reboot.

I have an error message after trying the command. se below
#pwunconv
No shadow file present, therefore no conversion is possible!

And the problem is?

If /etc/shadow is not present, then you are not using Shadow passwords (pwconv has not been run).
