Re: refer to jetadmin

hi,
try one of the available models:
dumb plotter (might work for any non-HP plotter)
another HP plotter

good luck,
Thierry.
All unix flavours are exactly the same . . . . . . . . . . for end users anyway.

Re: refer to jetadmin

hi,
You can choose either of these two and try:-

52) To Select dumbplot model script for plotter
57) HP Plotter not given in this list

Best of luck
Animesh

Did you take a backup?

Re: refer to jetadmin

hi,

in jetadmin when you define the ip for the plotter the system should automatically query and pich up a compatible driver.

Give it a try.

Re: refer to jetadmin

We have JetAdmin 6.21 installed and had no problems adding a HP 1050C to the spooler.

I haven't been asked to choose a driver. So there is support for the HP1050C.

Which version of JetAdmin are you using? If its not 6.21 or higher try to upgrade.

If you don't want to upgrade, you should be able to use the HP750C driver for this model.

Hope this helps.
