Regarding Linkloop
Hi,
Whenver run the linkloop command, I am getting the following error.What is this error?.

Shalom,
The problem might not be resolvable. You may have a bad NIC card. In one of my play D class boxes at hime I get a different linkloop error and the card functions fine, even as part of a Serviceguard heartbeat.
Might just want to try the korn shell of posix sehll before you give up on the command.

There may not be a direct route to that MAC...
IE - you are linklooping out lan0 to lan1.
You need to be on the same subnet for linkloop...
Best to go on another machine - and linkloop from there to this server.
Use -i to specify the interface to go out:
Example:
linkloop -i 1 0x080009b80114
