remote printer is busy

Hi,

i have a problem with my HP-UX 11.23 server.
i have a remote printer on a windows 2003 server, when the printer is connected by a Jet Direct.

I can't connect the printer by jet direct directly for HP-UX, because have pass to the windows 2003 server.

When i send a document to the remote print, the document print ok, but after, the printer status is busy, and i execute stop and start de spool and become to normal.

I installed "print service for unix" on the windows 2003 server.
