repquota does work

Hi,

I have a HPIA 11.31 box and i have created few users on them and setup quota on them. When i try to use repquota or edquota from root it doesn't retrun anything.
But quota -v is working from user login.
What is the issue?

repquota doesn't always report something, is it also blank when issuing "repquota -v" ?

I think edquota needs a 'user' parameter.
