Sir,
I want to know the minimum hardware and RAM requirements for installation of HP unix server 11i as well as for the client.Is trial version for HP Unix 11i is available.

There are many variants to answers depending largely upon you the hardware you intend to use. Have a look at the on-line install guide for further information. Here is the link:

There is no trial version of HPUX. It must be purchased.

Hi,
There is no trial version of HPUX 11i but if you are registered for software updates you should get a copy free.
For the requirements and all information related to 11i read this manual first.

Hi,
The hardware requirement depend on the applications that you are running(and also the money you have). there is no client version of 11i. no where you wouldn't get trial version of 11i. If you bought the machine from HP with the 11i OS installed, you get the 11i OS media
