root mail alert

Hello,

I have seen the below alert produced from root mail:

SERIOUS(4). sqbe909a : Summary: AC power not present on line 3 in compute cabinet 0 (4 Times)

how can I identify the issue from the command line? stm is not installed!

Check with dmesg or /var/adm/syslog/syslog.log

did have a scan through these but couldn't see anything, any idea on the string to search?

You can login into GSP and see the console logs for more details.

Hi,

Check with the GSP/MP command for PS (power supply) or BPS (bulk power supply).

Check also the power connection on your system. If your system is Keystone, check the PWRGRD (power grid).
