Running the patch assessment tool problem
I downloaded the script and ran it on my system to check my current patches. I then uploaded the file and it comes back as done. When I go back to the main page to run assessement it keeps telling me no system info uploaded. I redid it about 10 times now. Does it take awhile before it is recognized? HP-UX 11.11 First time running this tool.

Re: Running the patch assessment tool problem
Send your User ID, Profile for patch assessment and attach your .fs file that you ran on your machine to itrc.support@hp.com and someone will contact you with a response within 24 hours or less.

Re: Running the patch assessment tool problem
Shalom glenn,
It could simply be a website problem. You may wish to simply try again later.
Normally it should provide instant results.

Re: Running the patch assessment tool problem
I figured it was something like that. I will try it again tomorrow.
