SAM error when trying to access user data

I just removed NIS from the system via SAM. Then I trusted the system via sam. I was trying to go in and modify some individual user security policies when I got the attached error message. This is a G70 running 10.20. Thanks!

Re: SAM error when trying to access user data

Hi,

Go to /var/sam/log and look at the file samlog to see if there are any errors.

There may be a problem with the tcb database. Run 'pwck -s' and 'grpck' commands to see if the entries are consistent.

Re: SAM error when trying to access user data

Try doing these:

# swconfig \*

See if it solves the problem

# swconfig latest_sam_patch

see if it solves the problem

OR reinstall/install latest SAM patch.
