sam error

Hi Forum,

Getting an error whenever running "sam" from hpux10.20 [K class] box .

I have attached the error's output herewith which I have retrieved from the logfile /var/sam/log/samlog.

From where to download this particular [PHCO_23876] patch. I have tried "software.hp.com" but been unsuccessful !!!. pl suggest.

If the pacth doesn't work, you may need to run

# swconfig /*

This will force the system to recognize any new pacthes.

Hi Sripad,

I recommend that you use either of the following
procedures to resolve this issue:

1. swconfig SystemAdmin

2. Reinstall the following SAM filesets in the SystemAdmin product:

SystemAdmin
SystemAdmin.OBAM-HELP
SystemAdmin.OBAM-RUN
SystemAdmin.SAM
SystemAdmin.SAM-ENG-A-MAN
SystemAdmin.SAM-HELP

Hi,

I am trying to download the patch required for SAM . But it is getting saved as ".html" file and I am not able to retrieve it. I am downloading it from the url
ftp://ftp.itrc.hp.com/hp-ux_patches/s700_800/10.X/.

PL suggest.
