Sam Error

I'm trying to delete some print requests in Sam. I receive the message Error output (stderr) from comman "usr/bin/cancel zebra140-7946": request not cancelled: not owner. Any suggestions? I'm logged into root.

Are you root? or running restricted SAM?

1) if you're not root, and you don't own it, the normal cancel won't let you touch it.

2) I don't know if "restricted" sam will allow a normal userid at it by elevating privileges or not.

I expect you get the same error at the command line if you issue:

cancel zebra140-7946
