sam not opening
Hi guys, well we had a tape drive failure and next thing we knew every thing got corrupted. We got the backups, but for now our sam is not opening just giving out a script when invoked.

+ kill 26840
+ 1> /dev/null 2>& 1
+ rmdir /var/sam/core
+ 1> /dev/null 2>& 1
+ trap 0
anyideas, if we could uninstall and install sam back kind of thing.
Thanks.

Re: sam not opening
That output looks almost like sam is running in a shell with -x enabled.
head -1 $(which sam), does it have a -x after the shell?
head -1 $(which sam), does it have a -x after the shell?
Decay is inherent in all compounded things. Strive on with diligence
