sam -r disabled menu
For the past two mornings my Operations menu keeps getting disabled in restricted SAM. My operators have a session open but when they go to open the second SAM session, they get a blank menu. When I go into sam -r, all of the functions have been disabled.
Any ideas on what could be causing this?
Thanks,
-Bryan

Re: sam -r disabled menu
Shalom,
Someone hammered their configuration files.
Restore the configuration files or rebuild the functionality.
Its possible the problem was introduced by a patch.
Do the "what did we do lately" reality check to try and find the most likely cause and course of action.

Re: sam -r disabled menu
Well, that is the weird thing. We have done nothing. The system has been stagnate for quite some time. We do a weekly reboot, that is about as exciting as it gets.
When you say the configuration files have been hammered. What configuration files are you speaking of?
thanks,
-Bryan
