sar: Corrupted data file
I am Using HP Unix 11.31 in our environment.
We are using a third party software for monitoring the Servers.
In our superdome the software is not working and throwing the following error.
sar: Corrupted data file
perfparse.sh[17]: %usr: syntax error
In All other rx servers it is working perfectly.
What might be the reason for it?

Re: sar: Corrupted data file
perfparse.sh[17]: %usr: syntax error<<
user syntax error - > means you need to check with your third party software support. and let them check the above mentioned errors.

Re: sar: Corrupted data file
I have raised the issue with the software team.
What is my question is why it is happening only with the napr from SuperDome.
Thers is any specific reason?

Re: sar: Corrupted data file
I assume these are from the cronjob that you can use with sa1(1M). So just remove these files and see if that fixes things?

Re: sar: Corrupted data file
Thanks for the great support.
The issue is solved by updating the latest sar patch "PHCO_39214".

Re: sar: Corrupted data file
Not only the new sar patch installation, also the removal of the SAR-MEMFS utility helped me to solve the issue.
Thanks
