sccs error

Hi all,

I am getting the following error when trying to edit a file under sccs.

ERROR [/psoft/src/tools/SCCS/s.ifx_archive.scr]: cannot create lock file (cm4)

The file has uid and gid srcmgmt.

Running HP-UX 11.00.

ls -la from an OS prompt the file you are trying to edit.

Most likely it already exists and your user doesn't have permission to open it.

Or the directory doesn't exist.
