SCSI: Async write error -- dev: b 2 0x0a0200
Seeing this message in my syslog along with
vmunix: SCSI: Async write error -- dev: b 2 0x080200, e
rrno: 5, resid: 8192,
Aug 10 03:19:29 whsemr03 vmunix: blkno: 43115656, sectno: 86231312, offse
t: 44150431744, bcount: 8192.
No indications of hardware errors from SIM, and I can find no /dev/dsk with either minor number. However, about the same time an application was issuing alerts indicating errors during execution. Its code and output reside in my vg00 which is mirrored.
Any ideas?
Thanks,
Randy

You might run STM's logtool utility to see what devices or drivers are indicating issues.
