Scsi error

I am running HP UX 11.11 With Hitachi 9980 V storage , i am getting the following error in syslog
Line 5003 in /ux/core/kern/common/io/pat_psm.c: pat_get_olar_info - rc -1 slot_id -16121979



Any Ideas ...../clues

Hello Manu,
This means to check GSP-Firmware Version and PDC Firmware Revision and update to the newest versions.

This will solve your problem.
