SD+DS2300 scsi bus errors
Hi Guys,
Although I found many threads on the DS2300 subject, I could not recognize mine: 4 x SD partitions connected to 2 x DS2300 boxes in split bus mode. P1 and P2 share one half-bus, P3 and P4 share the other one. The second DS2300 is a mirror of the first. Ultra2 SCSI HBA are used. The problems is that tons of scsi bus resets occur one all DS2300 buses. Is that multi-initiator setup supported?
tnx,Stefan

Re: SD+DS2300 scsi bus errors
hi
Did you change SCSI id on second scsi controler
If you use 2 SCSI CRTL you need to change one of them. All CTRL have default SCSI ID 7
Also do not use ioscan on 2 server in same time.
